I have experience in conducting business process optimization, IT strategy and enterprise IT risk engagements for various middle market clients (from $100 Million to +$1 Billion in annual revenue) throughout the Northeast Region. I perform strategic evaluations of IT initiatives and business processes to insure security, scalability, and efficiency. My specializations include IT due diligence, BI/ERP systems selection and IT resource optimization. Additionally, I have experience in the Banking Industry auditing various clients' network, application, and database security. My knowledge is inclusive of regulatory requirements relevant to IT, technology risk and control assessment, IT operational analysis, data analysis, and internal control evaluation. Worked on the Global Strategic Initiatives Team, or previously known as the Quality Team. My primary project involved interpreting a major issue, planning action, and implementing change into a powerful financial analytical tool that will enable employees of GE Real Estate to analyze the performance of their multi-billion dollar real estate exposure. I've learned a great deal of information regarding the process of real estate investing and asset management and found the experience to be very beneficial.Primary Project: Audited and provided recommendations to a financial analytical tool in order for it to be accurate and available for all of GE Real Estate’s approximately 2000 employees to utilize• Designed an automated system to analyze the variances between the financial analytical tool’s data pool and the master data pool which consisted of $89 Billion in assets• Improved financial reporting processes, resulting in the identification and elimination of $2 Billion worth of asset discrepancies• Worked within a cross-team environment consisting of senior leaders in the Global Strategic Initiatives and Information Technology Teams to enhance the current use methodologies behind the firm’s financial analytical tool

Worked closely with a co-worker to supervise up to 22 children at once. The children ranged from ages five to six years old. I interacted with children to ensure a safe and fun-filled environment while teaching various forms of team building games to the children. I also worked with parents on a daily basis, providing valuable feedback regarding their children's behavior.
