Developed efficient case management skills to effectively liaise with patients, medical practitioners and health insurance providers to provide and appropriate rehabilitation programme. This involved being responsible for an independent and clinical case management service which consisted of a triage assessment, designing a bespoke rehabilitation plan and writing referral letters to the appropriate clinicians.
