I started my 25+ year career at 4County EPA as a ROW laborer then progressed to ROW Equipment Operator, Apprentice Lineman, Journeyman Lineman, Lead Lineman, Crew Leader, Staking Technician, Purchasing Agent and I was the Purchasing Inventory and Facilities Manager. I hold the following certifications: CJL, CST, CPS, UPP and CPE. New Hope High School Diploma.
