I worked at my first company for 26 years. I started out as a Saturday employee eventually working my way up to Production Manager. This role was not limited to however included customer service, daily operations ,production planning,staffing issues shared warehouse duties, passing of work and covering for staff absentees. After being made redundant in 2010 from that role I had a major change of industry, passing my Gym Instructor level 2 &moving into the healthcare sector. This major change included becoming an HCA in a residential home for elderly folk with dementia issues and then moving into the Mental Health field which I personally found very challenging,fulfilling but enjoyable.after doing 8months in that particular role I decided to return to a role where I can contribute to the daily operational side of things and use my previous experiences to their best use.
