- Provide technical support for Europe & American business. including: Canada, Sweden, Germany, Holland and Switzerland sometimes)- Manage each customers guideline, procedure and quality standard, make sure all factories clearly understood all customers requirement and to take execution.- Make technical evaluation on samples for all type of garment to ensure the correct quality, fitting, workmanship and measurements during all the process from the sample development to the production.- Check proto samples, Size set samples(with size grade) and pre-production sample, make clear comments in English with take pictures and sketch details to help explain/solve problems.- Coordinate with suppliers about the sample comments to clarify the key points of fitting, workmanship and measurements/grading for all the process, finding the possible solution to improve the sample quality.- Checking critical styles paper pattern, providing support to supplier about the pattern modification to ensure the fitting achieve to clients requirement before sample making.- Work closely with Merchandiser and Quality Controller Teams. Providing technical support and help detect in advance and find technical solutions during production step.- Take the lead for the PP meeting with supplier's make sure them all understood and eliminate misunderstanding client's comments. also foresee the potential risk for production.- Monitor regularly meetings with internal QC team, list out the Claim case of last season need to pay attention for coming season inspection.- Monitor factory operation status and the performance, to assess the effeciency for all factories and evaluation procedure and CAP execution.- Review washing test sample and test result, if the test result is failed to take the lead find the possible solution to improve.

- In charge of pattern making in 1st year.- Transfer to garment technician, check proto samples, Size set samples(with size grade) and pre-production sample.- Checking vendors style paper pattern, to ensure the fitting to matching basic block.- Promotion to Technician Supervisor in the 3rd year.- To manage daily operation of technical team and hold regularly meeting in team and to set up work priority.- Communicate with Germany about the sample comments to clarify the critical points.- Communicate with Germany about the new basic block fitting establish.- Manage basic blocks pattern and block spec of Europe and Asian.- Establish new fitting as the market situation and create block pattern and block spec.- Establish quality standard and guideline given supplier implement.- Establish sample spec / full size spec as per designer sketch and provide to supplier sample development and bulks.- Provide technical training for factory. - Manage the concept meeting with factory, make sure sample 1st proto achieved designer's requirement.- Solving fitting issue and construction / workmanship during sample development period.- Manage PP meeting in factory for all styles call out and foresee the potential risk for production.- Review Kids styles and foresee the potential risk with childern safety.
