• Drive sales strategy for this small, lean company; simultaneously working all aspects of the sales pipeline. • Manage account team, advise and collaborate with other Account Managers to exceed company revenue quotas. • Write and edit marketing collateral, website content, and sales brochures. Drive marketing strategy, consistently advocating best practices across the company. • Full sales cycle lead development including: cold calling, lead generation and qualification, follow up through close, account management, and expansion sales. • Lead and support ongoing contract negotiations for complex SaaS annual subscription agreements. • Serve as a key subject-matter expert linking the end user with the engineering team to both enhance and improve the product. Address unique customer needs to ensure client satisfaction. • Establish, develop and nurture key partnerships with companies on a global scale driving expanded business and revenue opportunities • Works closely with Engineering Team in developing new platform and new features based on knowledge from extensive client base
