With over seven years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, I am passionate about helping private equity firms and their portfolio companies achieve their growth and performance goals. My background centers around how to help companies operate better by integrating data into their business-making processes, quantifying the financial impact of internal investments, and connecting high-level business strategies to tactical execution roadmaps.I currently work as an advisor to Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies in my role as Director of Strategy & Operations at Genpact, a global leader in digital transformation and business process management.In my role at Genpact, I advise PE clients on how to optimize their operations through engagements including redesigning their target operating model, identifying data-based revenue growth solutions, CAPEX reduction interventions, and customer and employee experience transformation. I also program manage large-scale transformation projects, acting as the solution architect and internal program leader, ensuring alignment of external and internal stakeholders with business objectives. Additionally, I develop business cases for clients, including creating of financial models and writing value memos, for PE investment and operating teams. Some of the skills I use in my role include financial modeling, change management, strategy planning process development, and data analysis.
