This allowed for the use of smaller dedicated disk resources as the data was synchronized to cloud storage. I also developed a retrieval process for archive files when a SecondLook restore was neededWhen the primary AWS SRE Engineer left, I became functional in managing cloud resources that housed our largest LogRhythm deployment. In doing so, I became proficient in building LogRhythm deployments in AWS that are comparable in performance to hardware appliances, but with the reliability of cloud resourcesDeveloped a custom reporting & maintenance package placed on each customer’s deployment to gather statistics and perform automated deployment tuningWorked with LogRhythm Support staff to identify root cause and remediation of several major defects, including one that caused significant delays in MPE processing when the data processor was not geographically proximal to the Platform Manager server
