I have over 30 years IT experience and have spent the last 20 as a Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Analyst, mainly using SAP Business Objects. I am a Business Objects Architect with experience of Installation & Tuning of all versions up to XIR4.2, CMC and Supervisor experience, extensive Universe creation and maintenance experience and have developed multiple Universes and reports throughout my career. I have industry experience of Banking (Retail and Wholesale), Oil & Gas, Telecoms and Central & Local Government. I have extensive experience of RDBMS, having been both a DBA and a developer of OLTP systems and Data Warehouses using Oracle, SQL Server, MS-Access and Ingres (a long time ago) databases. I have undertaken a variety of roles in my time from Junior Analyst to Project Manager and have been customer-facing for most of these roles. I have 10+ years Team Leadership experience of both Support and Development teams. I have experience of Structured Methods, Data Modelling and Dimensional Modelling.
