As an Advocate I have been appointed as the New Zealand Ambassador for the WPC 2019 to be held in Kyoto, Japan. I am also available for public speaking about surviving the diagnosis of a disease that doesn’t kill you quickly ; or about 'resilience' based on my "10 lessons from Brain surgery"

Due to early onset Parkinsons I have "retired from the 40- hour week". However my strategic business capacity and hunger to help businesses develop is undiminished so I am available for consulting or coaching roles. Marketing that gets results.

My role involved evolving the brand and finessing the marketing and comunications for the Results sales process. I was responsible for event marketing, brand design, website redevelopment, email marketing, internal communications, customer acquisition, care and comms and advising the business owners and key stakeholders on strategy. I worked closely with the IT department (Tony Vine) as data and marketing were and are paramount at Results.com I loved working there.

My remit included advising the entire Agencies client roster on direct and digital marketing strategy. The role was to both increase FCB's footprint and the value we delivered for each client. Major projects were the creation of the initial Pam's website, multiple FlyBuys promotions for Mitre 10, direct and email campaigns for Public Trust and the Ministry of Justice and some rewarding creative work for Bonita and Canteen. I ran Nebula from 1994 initially as a specialist direct marketing agency, evolving into a full service offering - albeit with a strong results focus. My role was typical of an owner operator. I ran the sales team, did the strategic planning, directed the account management, oversaw the creative, manged the production, cemented the key business partners, hired the team, did the accounts and made the coffee. In the early 1990's Ogilvy & Mather Direct was a powerhouse of skills, strategy and focus on the art of direct marketing. It was here I cut my teeth as an account manager working on clients like Telecom, AMEX & BP. What a ride!
