Solutions Architect in the IIoT Manufacturing space.Project included:Cereal and Snack Manufacturer - Development and implementation of Asset Inventory Managment System to allow client to aggregate all FactoryTalk AssetCentre assets into one location in order to display Lifecycle status, Discontinued Date, Firmware status, quantity count and latest Firmware via the Rockwell PCDC interface. In this project I also implemented a connector to pull in Maximo asset data for managing spares for given assets. This allows the user to interact with the assets managed by AssetCentre and spares managed by Maximo to determine if a site with a given asset has a spare at that site and how spares should be moved around from site to site in order to best manage this.OSB Manufacturer - Development and implementation of a Dashboard system for KPIs and analytics as well as display order execution data from ProductionCentre MES. This included raw goods tracking to completed product via mass balance. This also included the development and implementation of an OEE system for downtime tracking.Soft Drink Manufacturer - Design of real-time nozzle status and tracking system. This project was to ensure that different areas of liquid and dry filling were ready for a new order that was to be sent through manufacturing. This allowed the equipment to automatically prep for what might be a different order than was scheduled.
