I am highly driven and motivated to help teams and businesses find new ways of delivering leading customer and user experiences, through the use of innovative technology. I am passionate about listening to others' needs and building teams that deliver results, aligned to business strategy and goals.I have worked across a wide range of industry sectors, consulting for a range of large and small organisations, acquiring key skills within high pressure environments. The skills and knowledge gained, coupled with a drive to improve the standard of technology consultancy delivery, led to me co-founding a new consultancy and building that business to deliver outstanding results for our customers.Boxfusion was built into an award-winning consultancy, helping companies globally to use technology and innovation, to deliver outstanding customer and user experiences. The business achieved year-on-year growth, with a 97% customer retention rate, whilst successfully pivoting with rapid changes in the technology landscape. By 2022, we had become a £3.5m business, and the company was acquired by the Praesto Consulting Group and successfully integrated into their business.
