ATP Ltd is a leading software company specialising in the development of Pipeline Integrity Management System solutions for the Oil and Gas industry. I work on all stages of client projects – whether it is working with clients to define functional requirements (in additional to features already provided by the off-the-shelf solution), delivering detailed financial quotations (along with detailed project plans that communicate tasks, milestone dates, risks, status and resource allocation to project stakeholders), report back to clients on project progress (coordinating activities; resolving problems), delivery of the software (prototype, interim or final), commissioning final solutions into production, and post go live support. I act as a primary point of contact to clients.I work with clients to implement the software in a variety of ways. I work regularly with IT specialists within their organisations (Business Analysts, Data Analysts, DBAs, IT departments) as well as within Data Centres for those who require a different software implementation. I also work closely with the software developers of the ATP product, PiMSlider.I regularly provide software demonstrations and presentations to clients both on line and in person.I regularly prepare complete documentation responses to technical RFI and RFQ tender documentation for potential new business. Project sizes have ranged from €20,000 up to €1.5m.

I developed and implemented support/maintenance services for ATP clients. These contracts range from 3 to 5 years and generate income over €350k annually. ATP clients use the 3rd party vendor www.problemtracker.com as part of their support contract. I am responsible for the configuration of work flows (of bugs/issues/queries) for issues reported by them. With this service in place, it ensures each issue are dealt with by the appropriate ATP development team in a timely fashion, and to high levels of professionalism.
