Dudleys has completed eleven years and still going well! We have a team of twenty providing good practical engineering advice across a range of developments and with some great clients. Andy left school and was attracted to a career in construction and draughting. Starting out as a young engineering technician whilst also attending college to achieve technician grade gave Andy ideas of where he wanted his career to go. Being a technician wasn’t enough, so he attended University in Edinburgh to gain his degree in structural engineering. Balancing the work and study choices meant that Andy passed the recognised challenging Chartered status exams at first attempt.Andy is passionate about his working career. A broad variety of projects, in type and size, based all around the country has helped him to become a confident Engineer and team leader, looking to develop the teams that he works with. Common sense, a practical grasp of how things fit together and a healthy interest in information technology means that Andy enjoys developing the models that help clients to realise the projects that they pursue.
