At SEW-Eurodrive, I worked in corporate engineering and regional engineering. In corporate engineering, I worked as a process engineering intern, developing and implementing engineering projects to improve the assembly operation. My projects improve the safety on the shop floor, the quality of the finished units, and the continuous improvement of the production process. My major projects include: redesigning our oil room for a cleaner, better process; designing an oil rack station to fill the units with oil more efficiently and to have less handling of oil drums; and creating a standardized hooking system to hang gearboxes safety on the monorail.In regional engineering, I worked as an application engineering intern. I helped customers find the best products for their applications and needs.

At CCIT, student consultants help students and faculty of Clemson University with their technical and collegiate needs. We are broken up into three stations to help customers. First, taking customer phone calls and resolving problems with computers or the network over the phone. We have a help desk to serve people in person and a chat support to help people online.
