Manage projects critical to the advancement and vision of the organization. Direct and monitor multiple branch locations including virtual remote customer interface to ensure credit union goals are met. Lead teams in person and remotely in providing excellent member service. Create and analyze reports to coach branches and their teams to exceed goals. Create and execute training plans for new departments and initiatives. Collaborate with executive management in developing long range plans for branch productivity. Monitor region locations and operation results. Hire, review, schedule, train, and monitor the work of branch managers and other reports. Actively participate in sales management and business development activities in the community.

Build and retain relationship with Wealth Management clients, monitored cash sheets and accounts, research tax and compliance issues, facilitate proper and timely management of assets.

• Motivate and coach employees in order to maximize sales efforts• Oversee daily branch operations in compliance with Bank procedures and regulations• Present reports and strategic plans to senior management and board members• Consistent sales producer – often requiring outside business calling and relationship building• Handle account inquiries, overdraft research, Reg. E claims, and account maintenance requests• Ensure Bank audits are properly executed by branch personnel• Knowledge of banking laws and compliance such as BSA/AML, OFAC and Check-21 legislation
