She enjoys adventures – she got master degree in Warwick University, UK and has visited 20 countries around world and 40 major areas in China. She loves travelling, hiking and getting to know people from different cultural backgrounds. Her passion, curiosity and past experience fuels her creativity for both business and design.In the past 12 years, Angela has embraced the opportunity to engage leading companies as a consultant on innovation strategy, service design, workshop facilitation, design thinking, and business innovation. Angela has led engagements and consulting projects with JD.com, Zhaogang.com, Pfizer, Coca Cola, Volkswagen Group, SAIC Motor, Bank of Communications, BNP Paribas, Global Service Jam, China Entrepreneur Maganize, Hundun University etc.As senior innovation mentor, she has delivered 1800 hours of service design workshops/lectures with 10000+ participants. Plus, Angela has been invited as the speaker or juror for design events and summits, talking about innovation and service design. Angela was the speaker of TEDx and the 10th Service Design Global Conference (SDGC) held in Madrid, Spain. She has published a number of articles in service design and Co-creation. She is the co-author of book "This is Service Design Doing". Recently, the article “The Psychological and Statistical Design Method for Co-Creation HMI Applications in the Chinese Automotive Market” was published on SAE International (http://www.sae.org/, doi：10.4271/2017-01-0650).Angela was appointed as the distinguished expert of “Design Thinking Innovation Center” of Faculty of Art, Communication University of China.
