As a dedicated licensed childcare provider with over 16 years of experience, I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for all of the children. I hold a early education teaching degree and have a strong background in early childhood education.My approach focuses on fostering creativity, curiosity, and confidence in children through play-based learning and structured activities. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, ensuring open communication and collaboration. Teaching manners, patience and respect are very important to me and my favorite to teach the children. I care for 2 babies and 10 toddlers 5 days a week, 10 hour days. In my previous roles, I have successfully managed diverse groups of children, planned age-appropriate curriculum, and promoted social, emotional, and cognitive development.
