• Client Representative and Project Architect for reposition of historic complex in downtown Minneapolis. Responsible for Master Plan development, navigating Historic Preservation Committee requirements and coordinating with consultants and contractors.• Reposition of high-rise in downtown Minneapolis receiving historic tax credits. Mixed use building including banquet/conference center, office, food and mercantile spaces. Responsible for code review, site verifications and coordination with multiple vendors. Highly complex project with multiple moving parts.• 77,000 SF office fit-out in new building high-rise in downtown Fargo. Coordinated with client, contractor, consultants, core and shell design and construction teams and other tenant teams from design through construction administration. Led development of construction documents and intricate detailing to provide a sophisticated, timeless and appearing effortless design. Constuction of the $19M project was completed in January 2021.
