About Angel Chen

Fashion designer Angel Chen graduated from BA Womenwear in Central Saint Martin College London in 2014 with her dream of creating. After studying in one of the top art college, she brings a romantic but rebellious spirit to her design. Her working experience for Marchesa and Vera Wang in New York has developed her fabric textiles manipulation skills and haute couture research and design talent. Chen's graduate collection “Les Noces” won the only applause of the CSM 2014 degree show, and was published on many international medias such as Vogue UK, London Evening Standard, ID Magazine, The Times UK, etc. Eventually Angel Chen was appraised in the Top 5 designers of CSM 2014 Press Show by i-D Magazine. Angel Chen went back to China in July 2014 after graduate, and decided to launch her own label in Shanghai. Sponsored by Sony, she had presented her first ready to wear collection "The Rite Of Spring' in Shanghai International Fashion Week in October 2014.

She even received a great deal of attention by international medias such as The Times UK, Vogue UK and Evening standard.Presented by well-known electronics brand SONY, Angel Chen had the first Ready to Wear collection SS2015 'The Rite of Spring' in Shanghai Fashion week. Inspired by the energy of the new life in spring, the new collection is a continuing story of her wedding collection. Chen uses bright colors and mix materials to create a childish, free-spirited, and quirky character for young people.
