At the start of the new Fall 2024 semester I was offered the new position as a Recreational Service Supervisor. Now I am responsible for the overall operations of the Wellness and Fitness Center and the Blatt PEC Center; supporting all student staff during their scheduled shifts. Campus Duties include: • Welcome all members and enforce facility policies (~3,000 entries/day) • Support and hold all student staff accountable to their job responsibilities • Assist in training of Recreation Services student staff (~70 students) • Set up and tear down of events, greet all reservation groups • Emergency and Incident Lead – delegating and oversee emergency response and customer service elevated incidents, communicating with Police Department when necessary • Communicating with professional staff via daily written reports • Facilitating in new student staff and professional staff interviews

Looking over the day to day operations of the fitness center, and help keep the risk management protocols in place to ensure the safety of the patrons
