Since joining Macquarie in 2000, where I was responsible for Macquarie’s Debt Capital Markets origination of non-securitised wholesale debt products including commercial paper, medium term notes, subordinated debt, CPI indexed, and credit wrapped bonds for corporate, infrastructure and financial issuers. I then took responsibility for Macquarie's funding in 2007 establishing both Macquarie Bank and Macquarie Group as prominent borrowers in global wholesale markets. The team and I have created a diversified, international funding platform with successful transactions across a broad range of products and capital structures including Borrowing Base Facilities, Muni pre-paid, AT1s and subordinated, bonds, bank facilities and Green Loans. With extensive experience in capital markets both in Asia and Australia, I have also overseen the re-introduction of Macquarie's securitisation programmes (RMBS and ABS) to the debt markets.With 28 years of deep expertise in funding strategies, execution and risk management, I have successfully guided organisations to source and secure complex and unique funding opportunities.
