I joined Caden Office Leasing in 2019, placed directly into a leasing executive role, trialing by fire amidst the market rumble of a global pandemic. I was immediately conditioned to hold a heavy focus on consistent and effective client and customer service and ensuring I had a point of difference to offer within this scene. Since joining the team, I have worked closely with both institutional and private commercial property owners in providing effective leasing solutions. In my first year, I spent time adapting to the fast paced nature of the role and have continued to immerse myself in my work, keeping my thumb firmly on the pulse of the Brisbane commercial leasing market. I embrace the nature of the role and have grown to love the personal incentive that is created by a success based income structure.
