Responsibilities:• Generate official internal documents such as different kinds of letters, applications and orders;• Collect and analyzing employee data;• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form;• Conduct employee onboarding and help with staff development;• Develop and implement policies, programs and procedures related to Employee Relations;• Collaborate with department managers regarding work processes of employees;• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance;• Participate in all HR processes;• Onboard and integrate foreign employees;• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics.
