Current- Established an enterprise-wide learning and leadership development function, infrastructure, and strategy for a 3,000-employee company. Learning was incidental and leadership and management development non-existent. Increased engagement with learning from 25% or 80% in one year. Built a high-performing team and established metrics and KPIs to track impact and success.- In one year, implemented an LXP, integrated new content to democratize learning across the organization building the foundation to develop and drive a unique learning culture. - Developed and implemented a leadership development framework and designed journey-based programs for all levels of leadership at Celonis. Programs are being delivered to over 400 leaders across Celonis with a direct positive impact on engagement scores. Led the activation of Leadership Principles across Celonis. - Lead the global onboarding team who delivers engaging and inspiring onboarding experience for over 1800 new joiners since 2022. In 2024, the team is re-launching a unique in-person experience for new joiners that immerses them in the Celonis purpose and drives shared ownership of the strategy through deep product and business knowledge. - Transitioned to a centralized learning budget and strategy with full CEO backing and support. Integrated a skills-based approach for leadership and employee development. Rolled out a global learning curriculum for all Celonauts to cover a wide range of skills from individual effectiveness and language to technical skill development. - Built credibility and visibility for the Learning organization across Celonis. Developed a learning champion model through a Learning Council (made up of senior executives from each organization) to support our ability to assess needs, align with our strategy, and succeed in delivering our programs.
