I worked in the design of the SpeechSite product administration web-enabled tool.I also designed a framework for rapid development of speech applications in C++ using Visual Studio.I worked with several groups within the organization, both in Montreal and across other cities (Boston and New York City)

I started working at BNR (Bell-Northern Research) in speech recognition. Later BNR became part of Nortel and then Nortel Networks. I worked all the time in the ADAS+ team (Automated Directory Assistance System). I developed several components within this big system, from statistics gathering to telephony-related components that handled the handshaking with the DMS telephony switch.
