JOB PROFILE:-1) AHFS (Asset Held for Sale):-Get the MIS from RMU and update same in our master MIS.Co-ordinate with RMs for discrepancy resolution and update remarks for same.Circulate updated MIS on daily basis.Track discrepancy resolution & Pending file, follow up with RMs for the same.Get POD details from RMs and send to RMU for tracking.2) NA Deduction:-NA dump to be taken from IT after month-end trails are completely uploaded.Deduction e-mails to be send to the agencies informing them total number of NA case for the month and deduction amount.Circulate deduction MIS to billing unit.3) CCD Deduction:-Get month-end CCD MIS from back-end team.Send reminder to the agencies to provide details on pending & reject CCD.Agencies to provide details with in TAT.Post updating send deduction e-mail to the agencies and billing unit.MIS:-Regular Bucket Unstamped MIS, Charge off Unstamped MIS, Bird's View MIS, Not Called MIS

JOB PROFILE:-Handling of basic Data provided by IT support.Preparation of Analytics Reports for Delinquency loss rate & Demo Graphic. Performance of various calculations on sales-finance product.Create Presentation for different products compression wise.Updation of Dealer payout Grid for PAN INDIA Dealers.ThenPreparing Daily Reports for Different Product of the Organization. And Online updation for different Schemes of Products & Models.Preparing the Data for Dealers Payout.

Preparation of daily statement & vouchers. And filling of voucher, cash book, Trial balance etc.Bank Reconciliation of all bank accounts and give statement to the manager.Performance of various calculations for all the products and checking of Gold and all the docs (PDC, Checklist)of customers.General Ledger Posting, Issue expense chqs etc.

1) Get the feasibility request (lease line)from client(companies)then raise these request on our site and get FAN no for the same after that it will assign to Network team.2) We are co-ordinate to network team for close these Fan nos and maintain data for the same on daily basis. Circulate MIS of these Fan nos to A/c Managers on daily basis. After closed the fan no from network team we get PO from client and make business case for the same and send it Finance Team for check itThen raise SRF and attach all docs for the same. After that log the case and provide feasibility to our client. Circulate MIS of these Fan nos PO, SRF to A/c Managers on Weekly or Monthly basis.
