The Customer Service has been a part of my life for over several years. From the age of 14, I started working as a housekeeper boy at a local Hotel's in my hometown, and have since then been able to gain valuable knowledge and work experience from one of the best Hotel in Kasauli: the Alpviram villa where I am currently employed. My current job allows me to combine my love for Hotel Management with my passion to ensure all guests get the best possible service while creating unforgettable memories, all while being able to travel.
