My current profile job role- Installing, provisioning and maintaining the Google chrome operating system and basic troubleshooting for MAC operating system. Manages G suite for on-boarding and off-boarding of employees within organisation. Ensured that all hardware ( Google chromebox and chromebooks) , operating system, software and procedure aligned with organizational standard and strategic Business plan to provide maximum productivity and reduce the downtime. Investigate and log request if any IT incident happens for smooth work functioning . Providing Training across multiple departments for network management software , company domain tools, printing issue , security and use of software. Working on JIRA ticketing tools for resolving users related issues either hardware , software or any application. Also manages the vendor management for IT related inventories.
