We help mid size customers start small in their outsourcing and transformation journey and show them success. With a deep commitment to ensure client success more than 88% of the business my company does is from repeat orders. Our company's growth has been because we have helped clients grow revenues & cut costs.With a team of more than 250 people in the IT infrastructure space we help clients implement and manage technologies from IBM(Netcool, Spectrum, BigFix, MaaS360 Control Desk & APM), Microsoft (Azure & Office 365) and ServiceNow (ITSM, ITOM, HR)I have seen many business cycles and get amused on how people react each time as something new has hit them and do not know how to cope with it. People keep thinking that money is the biggest tool for doing marketing and most small businesses fail because they don't think of creative ways to do marketing.My philosophy has always been to build long term relationships, which have been deep rooted in helping others to achieve their objectives.I am a deep follower of people like Richard Koch, Jay Abraham and Tony Robbins because a lot of times I also fall into a trap of feeling without resources and then listening to them and reading helps me get more resourceful and come out of the self pity trapI am also fascinated by the magic of compounding and have a blog where I like to share this passion to help young people understand this magic and become financially free.The other passion which makes me very happy is being able to give back to society.
