The Strategic Pillar Advisory Council is a dynamic think tank comprising teaching and non-teaching staff dedicated to devising strategies for the institution's growth aligning with its vision and mission. This process involves a thorough SWOT analysis to identify the institution's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The aim is to develop strategies that capitalize on strengths and opportunities while effectively addressing weaknesses and threats.As the Head of the Strategic Pillar Advisory Council, my role encompasses the coordination of the entire strategic planning process across six key pillars. Each pillar is led by two pillar heads and supported by pillar champions. My responsibilities include overseeing the collaboration among pillar heads, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, and facilitating the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies to drive the institution's growth and success.

Digital Pathways to Recovery: A Holistic Approach to Psychosocial Rehabilitation of Homeless Mentally Ill Persons in KeralaSummary:Homelessness, particularly due to chronic mental illness, is a pressing public health issue in resource-poor countries like India. Many homeless individuals with severe mental problems lack recognition and treatment, leading to a critical need for an accessible mental health rehabilitation process. The study aims to develop a cost-effective technology-driven solution, a scalable platform for assessment, treatment planning, and outcome evaluation, addressing the unique challenges faced by the homeless. Objectives include assessing rehabilitation processes, exploring mental health needs in institutional care, and creating a culturally sensitive software platform. The methodology involves concurrent mixed methods and intervention research. The study's digital rehabilitation model is expected to inform policy changes for homeless individuals with mental illnesses in Kerala and beyond, promoting healthier and more fulfilling lives.
