Roles and responsibilities: •Monitoring the status using MS projects plans for the completion of tax filing procedures in the countries in-scope •Preparing weekly updates and sharing dashboards with the senior leadership including the Stat and Tax directors •Updating and developing trackers to monitor process and follow up with different owners for resolution and closure of issues

•Assignment 1: Internal process review for National Australia Bank (NAB).Roles and responsibilities: oGain end to end understanding of the lending business oDocumentation of the process as currently followed by Bankers and various special officials at NAB, Australia. oIn-depth review of policies and procedures laid down by the bank to be followed by the employees oDocumenting the process in forms of maps basis the policies and procedures oPreparation of Root Cause Analysis of various risk identified in the current process during process mapping. oProviding risk rating to and testing the effectiveness of controls on a random basis. oRecommending additional controls were necessary, to mitigate huge residual financial risk oFinal report out to CFO, CXO and higher management•Assignment 2: Control Risk framework review for GE Capital America (GECA)Roles and responsibilities: oControl risk framework based on COSO methodology for reconciliations, Closing and Reporting processes for various GECA businesses (Equipment Finance, Consumer Finance, Fleet, Franchise) oDocumentation of current process per discussion and understanding with various process owners oCollating data on random sampling method and testing the data with the current process as stated earlier oFindings shared and discussed in detail with various stakeholders internally within Genpact and to GE oComparison of risk and controls as covered under framework review vs UTAH 76 regulatory requirement oAnalyzing any gaps and suggesting remediating controls to be initiated in process oFinal report out to CFO, CXO and higher management

•Handling a 13-member team basically responsible of reconciling the balance sheet accounts of GE Money – Americas business•Working with teams in India and US to resolve for variances identified and fix future problems to depict true and fair picture of the balance sheet.•Part of the internal audit group – Audit variance other accounts for different businesses under Genpact covering all balance sheet categories.•Presenting and explaining the current process to new and prospective clients to gain business for Genpact.
