Initiate & conduct half-yearly and annual performance appraisal using HRMS. Evaluate monthly goals for all the functional team with KRA score. Discuss & present it to the top management team. Competency and skillset mapping in HRMS for each functional team. Discuss with operations team regarding the low performers, initiate job rotation or PIP if needed Initiate performance enhancement program to improve the performance. Employee grievance handling, appraisal grievance and general HR tickets resolution.  Implement HR initiatives with the feedback received through the employee relations activities. Conduct skip level discussions, engage the top management on issues and resolution. Creating programs that drive high level of engagement activity. Effective delivery of HR Programs and services through internal & external partnering Prepare capacity planning to set target based on the forecasted production volume. Drive the recruitment team to hire the talents within the stipulated time. Retention discussion with resigned employees.
