I am an Indian student studying social work in Canada. These last few months, I have been learning how to help people and communities. This portfolio outlines the viewpoint I have, the strategies I’ve learned, and the change I would like to create.I am a social service worker striving to improve the quality of life for individuals and communities. I have a profound understanding of human behavior and the environmental forces that shape it, which have played an important role in my life journey. To reflect a bit, I wanted to articulate what my philosophy has been and some of the strategies that have driven me as well (in addition to work like this being somewhat therapeutic for other leaders out there...).
