Inside sales at Sesco Lighting for the past 10 years. My expertise includes project management and customer service for specification and contractor sales professionals. I am involved in government contracts, electrical plan take offs, crossovers of fixtures, financial breakdowns on projects, quoting and a wide array of additional tasks. Prior to Sesco I devoted 13 years to the multi family housing industry in mid and upper level management. My scope of work consisted of overseeing the management of 7 properties (hirise, luxury garden and affordable) throughout 4 counties, and managing a team of over 65 on site personnel. In addition, I was responsible for reporting to 4 asset managers, as well as owners. My duties included budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, troubleshooting, marketing, sales and public relations.
