Periodically conducting in-house inspection to assess the status of deployment of systems & taking corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.  Assessing the process and product quality developed in compliance with pre-set technical specifications; detecting defects / faults and initiating stage. Implementing foolproof quality control methods to ensure defect free supplies. Assessing and taking into consideration all quality related proposals in order to instigate the improvement of the quality operational procedures.  Reviewing in-built safety and developing HSE culture among employees. Preparing MIS on plant HSE performance and other location performance.  Developing emergency response plans for in-plant operations as well as conducting safety inspections & audits, occupational health surveys, surveillance and field audits for compliance. Prepare MIS for Quality performance from Incoming to Finish Good Material.Coordinating & advising on fire-fighting equipment and conducting audits to implement fire prevention measures in areas of improvement by determining nature of hazards. Rejection analysis in terms of Data and Graph of the Plant and Supplier end.

Supplier Quality Assurance  Assessing the performance of the vendors based on various criteria such as percentage for rejection, on time delivery, etc.  Responsible for PPM analysis at supplier end.  Action verification at supplier end for against defect of Line Rejection & Field Rejection related to suppliers.  Responsible for 8D closure by frequent review with suppliers for action effectiveness.  Establishing quality systems such as 5S Elements, 7QC Tools, Kaizen, Control Plan, MSA, PFMEA, SPC, etc at supplier end.  Timely Planning and conducting supplier product and process audits.  Horizontal Deployment of Actions against failure which are coming in Regular models through Failure.  Make SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Implemented at Supplier End. In-Process Quality Assurance  Monitoring and Measurement of process at different stage of Production as per-control plan.  Ensuring quality management system for in-process material and Make SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and Implemented on shop floor practices with area and person responsibility. To do why- why and root cause analysis for the problem and rejection from customer.  Data collection and taking corrective and preventive action for daily rejection and rework responsible for periodic testing as specified in control plan.  Time to time process capability of critical parameter. Performed process audit & product audit.  Deftly formulated CAPA against customer complaints & internal complaints.  Knowledge of Internal Quality Audits, ISO/TS-16949 standards PPAP.  All Working on SAP Basis System.

 Basically I am handling Receiving End Final Inspection Area. Daily monitoring/review of reported non conformances of New developed Components. Facilitate the process owner in identifying the root cause of the failure, prescribing permanent corrective and preventive action, and verifying the effectiveness of action taken.  Analyzing existing production & improve process to facilitate greater production output. Responsible for successful production of new development at the time of Pre-Launch Production.  To developed Kaizen and Poke-yoke for improvement in better production.  Good Knowledge of SPC, MSA, 5-S, 8-D, 7- QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, Rejection Analysis, CAPA, Quality Circles, problem Solving tools etc. Responsible for successful production of new development at the time of Pre-Launch Production.  Good knowledge of ISO-9001.  Successfully handled rejection analysis and find out PPM, Minimize by the help of 7QC TOOLS. Entrusted for executing in process and final inspections. Effectively handled quality related problems on Shop-flour and use all type gauges like - Venier Caliper, Micro Meters, Hardness Testing Machines, Slip Gauge Box, Height Gauge, Angle Protector, Profile Projector & etc. Rectifying or providing solutions for quality problems at in-house and supplier end. Responsible for successful production of new development at the time of Pre-Launch Production
