I have over five years of experience working in quality manufacturing of steel and aluminum color coating plants. During my tenure, I have gained expertise in handling various paint systems such as PE (Polyethylene), PVDF (Polyvinylidene fluoride), PU/PA (Polyurethane/Polyamide), EPOXY, PLASTISOL, and more. My responsibilities have included overseeing the production of plain and printed designs using these paint systems.In addition to my manufacturing experience, I am well-versed in online tinting processes, laboratory tests, and color matching techniques. I have proficiency in using spectrophotometers to ensure accurate color matching for all types of paints used in the color coating process.Throughout my career, I have developed a strong understanding of quality control procedures, production optimization, and meeting customer specifications. I am passionate about delivering high-quality products and continuously improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
