Current● Monitoring of hourly, daily, weekly and montly production.● Confirming daily wise Production on SAP Installation and Commissioning of new equipment.● Achieving daily production target.● Diagnosing problems in Production line and providing recommendation and training.● Maintaining Production Related Records.● Respond to the Breakdown and taking immediate action.● Maintain the breakdown records & RCA on daily monthly basis.● Reducing Of breakdown by analyzing the history of breakdown.● Arranging meeting with line supervisor and machine operators.● Co-ordination with QC, Store & Exise person for smooth Production.● Maintain Shop- floor basic discipline line 5S & safety.● Co-ordination with QC and other department for effective implementation SOPs.● Maintaining the stock of critical spare parts.
