As a Manager (Block Engagement) at Transform Rural India, an initiative by Tata Trust, I work with multiple stakeholders to enable social and economic transformation of rural communities. I leverage my data and analytical skills to design, implement, and monitor various interventions, such as livelihood enhancement, women empowerment, and natural resource management.I have an MBA in Rural Management from Xavier University, Bhubaneswar, where I developed my interest and knowledge in rural marketing, consultancy, and business analytics. I also have a B.Sc in Physics from Delhi University, which enhanced my logical and quantitative abilities. I have previously worked as a Consultant at Madhya Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, where I supported the implementation of a large-scale poverty alleviation program. I am passionate about using data to tell stories and analyze things, and I aspire to make a positive impact in the rural development sector.
