Senior Team Member responsible for the Rollout of BOPIS(Buy Online PickUp in Store) for all 230+ Store in Williams Sonoma. Part of the Order Management Team responsible for whole lifecycle of Order from Order Create till Customer PickUp.• Created separate Pipeline in Sterling for BOPIS Orders, a separate pipeline insures different route from SHP online orders and doesn’t affect existing operations.• Created the framework for Emails to the Customer, for eg Ready for PickUp Email, Customer PickUp Email, PickUp Reminder Email, Abandoned Return Email.• Created all the Sterling Services exposed to the Care Centre UI used by Store Associate to Acknowledge, Fulfill and PickUp BOPIS Orders.• Created a new Interface for Store information to be consumed in Sterling, new Store Interface had Store Name, hours of operation , latitude, longitude from MDM.Created an Integration server in Sterling to consume above info.All code in Sterling was written in JAVA and utilized Mockito and Power Mockito for Unit Test Cases.

a) Worked as a Single Point of contact and team Lead on the Upgrade of Sterling from version 9.2 to 9.5 which enabled Nordstrom to leverage new features introduced by IBM for eg. HOT SKU Properties, Dockers, Rest APIb) Was Lead Developer in the PODS(Payment Optimization and Data Security) Project which involved consuming credit card numbers as tokens, rewriting of the payment processing flow. To support the change wrote webservice which interacts with an industry leading Credit Card Processing and Payment Services vendor namely Vantiv.The Project gave a big security benifit in removing clear text card numbers and using tokens.c) Was Lead Developer in the Project PODS Conversion which involved writing custom agent Get and Execute jobs to convert clear text credit card numbers to tokens.

Was Developer in the project to move the Inventory Reservation Message to Order Create transaction, previously the reservation messages used to be sent on sucess of Order schedule resulting in a delay causing cancelations, this change made the minutes to Reserve down to milliseconds therby saving huge dollars in cancelations.Was Developer in the Integration of Store Reserve and Truck Club, involving new Order Type to be added.
