Current1) Commissioning of Well Head Platform and Process Platform including leak testing, pressurization and stabilization of various process systems like Well Head manifold system, Gas dehydration unit, Condensate Dewatering unit, Produced Water conditioning unit and various utilities like Hot Oil System, Closed drain and skimmer system, Fire water, Sea Water and Tempered water system, etc.2) Operation of Offshore Platforms as DCS Panel Engineer, controlling and monitoring of normal operation of… Show more 1) Commissioning of Well Head Platform and Process Platform including leak testing, pressurization and stabilization of various process systems like Well Head manifold system, Gas dehydration unit, Condensate Dewatering unit, Produced Water conditioning unit and various utilities like Hot Oil System, Closed drain and skimmer system, Fire water, Sea Water and Tempered water system, etc.2) Operation of Offshore Platforms as DCS Panel Engineer, controlling and monitoring of normal operation of process and utility system, Normalization of Plant in case of ESD/FSD, and monitoring Hot/Cold/Electrical work at Platform with respect to PTW System3) Reviewing of P&IDs, Operational Manual, Cause and Effect matrix and other engineering documents to ensure proper designing of facilities at Platform and compliance with various API standards like API RP 14E, API 14C, etc.4) Supervision of installation and pre-commissioning activities and raising punch points to ensure construction of facilities as per design and operational requirements.5) Participate in HAZOP, Process Modelling, etc. Also participate in SIMOPS for various simultaneous activities with Production Operations.6) Preparation of tenders, bidder’s query resolution and technical bid evaluation of various O&M Manpower and AMC Services and Procurement tenders.7) Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure timely receipt of required material and personnel at Platform. Working on SAP to prepare PR, MR, GRN, etc. and inventory management.8) Submission of application, required documents and correspondence with various Govt. Agencies like OISD, etc. to avail necessary clearance for platform operation. Facilitating various internal and external safety Audits of Platform.9) Working with QHSE team to prepare documents like Emergency response Plan, Operational Control procedure manual, etc. 10) Knowledge of various API, ASTM, ASME, NACE, NFPA, ISO standards applicable in Oil & Gas Production and Offshore Platform Operations.
