As a Business Analyst at Allianz Technology, I support business solution software and analyze business operations. I work closely with business teams to understand their issues, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and third parties, and ensure the integrity of design, code, testing, and production migrations. I also draft and maintain business requirements, align them with functional and technical requirements, and communicate them to the development teams and the clients.I am pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Information Technology Project Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and have completed a Business Analytics program from Great Lakes Institute of Management. I have a strong background in data science, agile methodologies, and Jira, which I use to formulate project plans, assess risks, create user journey maps, conduct user acceptance testing, and report problems and delays. I have successfully facilitated process design changes, developed training material and conducted training sessions, and contributed to several significant projects at FIS and Dista, where I previously worked as a Senior Business Analyst and a Business Analyst respectively.
