Ankit heads the Revenue Management function at Milkbasket. He is responsible for driving the top line for the organisation, through user acquisition, better retention, increasing order frequency and order value via product, analytics and marketing initiatives. In his previous role, Ankit worked with Ola Cabs. He was responsible for the cancellation charter, where-in he worked on reducing the number of cancellations on the platform and strengthening the adjudication logic post cancellation. Ankit has also worked with ITC Ltd. for 4 years, managing plant room operations and Corporate EHS. He is an alumnus of Delhi College of Engineering and School of Management, IIT Bombay and has an overall work experience of 10 years. Outside of work, Ankit is passionate about Tennis and F1.
