Major PPP Projects: Infrastructure, Health, Education, Entertainment Facilities• Manage and contribute to the pricing process through to submission completion for designated tender and re-tender• Create and update life cycle cost model, operational cost model and abatement regime model for project specific needs during bid phase and BAFO• Use RFI process and assumptions so that final scope is clearly defined• Develop indicative first principle and high level benchmarking estimates to assist in initial project planning• Develop optimum organisation structure and contract delivery models, overheads and mobilisation costs• Hard FM Pricing – Coordinate the Development of detailed life cycle asset plans including detailed OPEX/CAPEX (scheduled major repair/replacements) and cyclical maintenance works and cost projections for inclusion in submissions or to support existing clients where required. Utilising in-house Technical Resources and specialists in this respect. • Soft FM Pricing – Coordinate the Development of detailed work and effort schedules including detailed rosters and equipment requirements for inclusion in submissions or to support existing clients where required. Utilising in-house Soft Services expertise and specialists in this respect• Issue returnable pricing schedules and coordinate the Sub-Contract Pricing Process to ensure full coverage of prices is received with respect to all services. Sub-Contract Pricing is carried out either through Strategic Partnership with a preferred supplier, or through competitive tender.• Abatement / KPI – analysis and pricing of abatement regimes to delineate any risk to project• Present the pricing at all Internal Business Growth and Pricing Approvals Meetings• Provide input to Credit Committee and Group Board submissions as required
