Oversee all aspects of transportation operations for HMEL Polymers with capacity of 0.5 million tons of evacuation per annum.• Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and manage vendor relationships to secure favorable rates and terms.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate transportation activities with production schedules and customer requirements.• Scheduled and tracked shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to customer requirements.• Implementation of Transporter portal for trucks placement and real time tracking of trucks inside the plant.
