• Managing the business/MIS Operation, Bulk hiring through different channels, Throughput management, Attrition Management, Resource utilization, Recruitment Projects to improve overall performance and minimize cost for ASEAN Countries. • Framing work direction & plan for recruiters and TA leaders • Setting up targets, SLA, setting and maintaining CTQ (Critical to Quality) / CTP (Critical to Process) targets and involved in planning for the process• Partner with the operations teams and WFM to project the demand thorough hiring capacity and help them in implementing suggestions and streamlining their operating procedures• Oversee all Workday Transactions, generate reports and update deviations and Insure all the information updated on Workday• Prepare the cost per hire file through automation for ASEAN countries and publish the same with leadership • Work with TA leaders to do the virtual hiring and SME of AMCAT tool for ASEAN countries • Background verification - Work with HR/TA leaders to initiate BGV for all new hires• Cost Projection & Actual - Prepare the report for the hiring cost month on month and map with actual cost • Onboarding – Responsible to create the EMP ID for all new hires through Workday and work with HR• Hiring Plan - Prediction and strategy planning for Hiring plans• Data Preparation - Responsible for Data Preparation and Analysis of MIS Reports using Advanced level of MS Office applications especially Excel• Process improvement - Highlighting the key areas for the process improvement to improve efficiency and consistency of Contingent worker - ASEAN• Talent Acquisition Reports - Prepare and publish ASEAN recruiting reports for TA and OPs leadership• Analytical data - Provide the analytical data presentation for recruiting reports, salary increase, vendor payout increase, source contribution on varies level
