As a Post:- AE, JE, DE, BPM, DPM, Accounts Specialist, Expert, Assistant, DEO, BRP, MTS.So my role is to train, guide, lead the operations team, allocate work, take follow up, submit reports to the concerned department andexecute the work as per the Center Manager or Boss as per requirement, as well as during the screening of candidates in a round interview and document verification has to be done. And there is a lot of multiple work (All Mails Updates, Letter Written, Offer Letter Issue, All Manpower Payments or any QRC management & Documentation), it has to be completed as per the demand.

So my role is to follow up with the investor from the first call till the end i.e. till the deal is done. And it's a very long and deepfollow-up. Such as - Counseling call on leads, Joint call with interested clients from head office, Zoom call fromhead office with client, Discussion with Office visit client, Zoom meet with brand and client, verification ofinvestor property, Physical visit for final deal close and with Also, have to attend the training of launching brands daily and keep the leads report on google sheet, mail, whatsapp. The process becomes long, as the deals close into lakhs.
