• Provide orientation training to new employees & interns to include: Company policies and procedures, in-house systems, product training and be responsible for “on the floor” support and coaching.
• Develop and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies including group and individual classroom dynamics, shadowing/observation techniques and side-by-side coaching.
• Assess the skill level, performance and competence of new and existing staff by conducting post-training evaluation through validation activities, exams/quizzes and observation.
• Periodically monitor interactions of sales consultants with customers to ensure adequate quality control and as a direct method of demonstrating and educating employees on best practice sales techniques, customer.
