As a Professional Development Coordinator at Council Rock School District, I oversee the delivery of high-quality training experiences for over 900 staff members across various levels and disciplines. With over 18 years of experience in this role, I have developed and implemented effective strategies to ensure active engagement with platforms and instructional products, using data to refine and customize the approaches based on the needs and feedback of the learners.I am also a Certified Trainer of Understanding by Design® (UbD™), a framework for designing curriculum units and lessons that align with the desired outcomes and assessments. I leverage this credential to facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for educators, helping them to design and deliver meaningful and relevant learning experiences for their students. Additionally, I am an Adjunct Professor of Education at Delaware Valley University, where I teach a course on instructional methods and assessment. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and impact of education, and I constantly seek new opportunities to learn and share best practices in the field.
