The Arts Infusion Initiative Program Coordinator works in collaboration with a cohort of arts organizations throughout the city of Chicago that serve low-income at risk youth. My primary role is to be the liaison between organizations, design and implement professional development trainings for the teaching artists who work with the Arts Infusion groups and create opportunities for the youth within the organizations to collaborate, network and connect with future possibilities. I am responsible for planning and implementing the annual Arts Expo which is a multi media showcase for youth to present their work and connect students to various education and advanced training cultural programs throughout Chicago.

The Executive Director serves as administrative leader of Congo Square Theatre Company. As the Executive Director I am responsible for assuring that the Theatre fulfills its contractual and financial obligations and maintains productive working relationships with its constituents. I work in collaboration with the strategic planning team to establish goals for the organization as well as evaluate goals and make recommendations for successful implementation of strategies. Lead the development of annual fundraising strategies. Responsible for developing company budgets and monitoring and reporting cash flow based on annual projections.
